How to Apply for Certificate of Entry (COE)

What is COE? The Certificate of Entry (COE) is a letter given by the Thai Embassy or Consulate that allows a foreign visa holder to enter Thailand. This letter will be presented to the immigration officer upon arrival.  Requirements for COE? The most important requirement for obtaining a COE is that the applicant meets the criteria for entry into Thailand. Before applying for the COE, the candidate must first get Thai visa. The applicant must prepare the following documents for the COE application once the visa has been obtained: Copy of passport Copy of the STV, non-immigrant visa, or extension of stay with a re-entry permit Copy of the COVID-19 Travel Insurance for Thailand Policy covering treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 with a minimum coverage of 100,000 USD.
